Offline Software
Upon installation of our offline software, the license is consumed. Given the digital nature of this license, it cannot be reused or guaranteed that no security tokens have been generated and used elsewhere post-delivery. Consequently, we do not offer refunds for offline software. To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide an online demo of the software prior to purchase.
Online Software (Software as a Service – SaaS)
Our online software or SaaS does not necessitate the sharing of the license. We utilize it to register your online server and allocate human resources to maintain the software and server operations 24/7. In the case of SaaS, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within 28 days. Post 28 days and calculated on a pro-rata basis, refunds are provided in the form of store credit, which can be utilized to purchase other software, SaaS, or tech solutions from us.
Add-ons
Should you decide to discontinue the use of an add-on post-purchase, we can arrange a credit note for future use, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
SaaS Not in Use
When SaaS is not in use, we offer two options:
a. Conversion to Windows PC Offline software at a one-time hourly cost for the developer.
b. Buyback: with 70% store credit on software and 30% cashback on hardware.
Hardware Purchases
For hardware purchased through Affiliate links such as Amazon or Flipkart, their own terms of refund policy will apply. Please refer to the respective platform’s refund policy for more details.
Refunds
Upon receipt of your item, we will conduct an inspection and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed and credited to your account within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
International Payments
We accept international payments along with the 3Ds feature, where every transaction undergoes an OTP verification process to successfully transact international payments.
