1. Intellectual Property & Usage License

2. Software Products & SaaS Licensing

WeBFooT.in develops and provides offline software (for PC, macOS, and Linux) and online SaaS applications across platforms.

• Ownership: All software remains the exclusive intellectual property of WeBFooT.in.

• Commercial License: Clients receive a license to use the software for commercial operations but are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or copying the code base.

• License Validity: Software and SaaS pricing covers the software license and One (1) Year of Unlimited Support from the date of purchase.

• Extended Support: Beyond the initial year, support can be extended on a monthly basis upon payment of the Monthly Support Charge (MSC).

3. Customization Services & Hourly Rates

Custom development, design, and Quality Assurance (QA) services are billed at the following standard rates:

• QA/QC Mandate: Applicable to any design and/or development project exceeding 6 billable hours.

• Scope of Service Rates: Listed rates apply strictly to online training and remote implementation.

• Onsite Requirements: Any onsite deployment requires additional client coverage for travel (cab/airfare), lodging, and daily boarding expenses.

• Quotation Validity: Written quotes remain valid for 15 days from issuance and are not combinable with ongoing promotional sales or discount codes.

4. Service Restrictions & Deliverable Limits

• Excluded Sectors: WeBFooT.in strictly does not design, build, or support applications related to stock trading, gambling, or lotteries.

• Payment Gateway Policy (WeBFooT UPI): Commercial fund collection via the WeBFooT UPI gateway is restricted exclusively to valid Current Accounts using direct bank-issued UPI IDs or QR codes. Full Business KYC completion is required to process financial transactions.

5. Cookies & Privacy

We employ the use of cookies to enhance user experience. By accessing WeBFooT.in, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the WeBFooT.in Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and protection standards.

6. User Comments & Interactive Content

• User Responsibility: Parts of this website allow users to post opinions and data. WeBFooT.in does not filter, edit, or pre-screen comments before publication. Views expressed belong solely to the posting author.

• Moderation Rights: WeBFooT.in reserves the right to monitor all user-generated content and remove any comments deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these terms.

• Governing Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kolkata, India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata.
